Meet my parents. They are silly characters, really good people. I like them. I went home so my dad could do the taxes. Show me the money!
Mom is wearing Pebbles I made for her. These beads were bought for the purple lovers for TTs. But the holes were too small. These were named Pebbles because the beads were so big that they reminded me of Wilma Flinstones' jewelry. I don't care for the name Wilma so Pebbles was the next name I could think of at the time.
Ma crochets, paints, knits, piano - hell she does everything but mop floors. I think?
They are SUPERSTARS.

AWWWWWWW.....they are just adorable! You are blessed to have both of your parents with you.
Lucky parents, lucky daughter. ;-)And you know I am loving that scarf(?) with the gorgeous cable running down the middle. I'm sure if I met your mom we would get all caught up in some knit/crochet project and leave you behind - LOL! I miss you, but glad I can at least keep track of you on your blog for now. I'm off next week, so I hope I can post a few updates on my own blog ... it's been ages. ~Peace out~
Yes, I'm a blessed and lucky lady.
I love that cable too and the bottom ruffles. The piece is a capulet - drapes over the shoulders. You should see her items, but not the camouflage knit pants. Well, maybe I just wasn't ready for my mom in camouflage - knit or not.
You appear to have captured the best qualities of each of your parents. Blessings on your creative journey through this life!
You guys are an extremely creative family!! I have to say I love the design and color of your parent's kitchen.
My mother picks the colors and my father does the work. She painted the flowers on the cabinets. He did the tile on the counter. I didn't realize the bottom of the walls were white. The kitchen was originally yellow with that green trim - yes the appliances were that funny olive green color back in the day.
Your parents seem like they would be fun to hang out with and watch interact. Glad he helped you with your taxes. Thanks for introducing them.
If I didn't have them as parents, I would still enjoy their company. They are good people.
