Dinner Tonight
Well guys, I’m seriously in like. I’m cooking for Route 66. I am trying something new too – a pot roast. From three different people I have come to the conclusion that this will take a long time to cook, but it is easy to prepare. Well, except for the guy who fries the roast, cooks it in some Lipton soup mix, and then puts it in the oven. That’s too much like work. Gee, the co-worker who’s the fitness guru, suggested going to Harris-Teeter and buying a pre-seasoned roast. I don’t think so. I’m doing a roast and throwing in some potatoes, celery, onions, and carrots. Wish me luck, I’m a Certified Food Safety Profession, well, I think I did really good on the exam – that means if it doesn’t taste good at least he won’t get food poisoning.
