Awapuhi Moisture Mist

My hair unravels and slips to no end, but I need something in the morning or whenever to revive my hair. I use Paul Mitchelle's Awapuhi Moisture Mist. I'm on my second bottle. It draws my locks up a little like lock accelerators do. I've used it to roller set my locks. It gives my SLs a bit of shine and aids in fluffing it back up. Above all else - it isn't greasy nor does it leave build-up.

Definitely on my list of "things to try" plus I used to love the hairspray with awapuhi many, many.....many years ago.

Guess who's back, lol. I'm so glad to see you. I'll have to run to your blog to check for a new post. I've always be hesitant about recommending products since sometimes what works for me might me the worse thing for somebody else. I think stores will let you return products.

I wanna try it too. I currently use Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Shampoo and I love that minty smell.

Kimani, thanks for stopping by. I get mine from a salon at the mall. It is $7.95 for the 8.5fl oz size.

Hey Lady!

I've been too busy with my start-up to post entries, take pictures or even READ my favorite blogs, but it looks like you're doing okay for the moment.

Does anyone have plans for any gatherings in or around Charlotte? Have you heard? I've been really out of the loop lately.

Can't wait to hear further news of the book...

There will be two SLers gathering at the Bead Store in Charlotte today - Friday 31st.

I have not heard of anything. I need to call BGL.

I need for everyone to keep pushing me with the book and fiddle. I just need a swift kick.

Thanks. That was really short notice. Had to work. I checked BGL's blog and she hasn't posted in a while.

I suppose I could e-mail or call her too.

I'm pretty booked up through August. I could probably attend, but I couldn't coordinate a gathering before then.

Are you going to the SL Homecoming?

I love this stuff, but I actually use it for the face - either to dampen sponges before I apply foundation or as a facial moisture mist.

ladybug - It does say you can use it on the skin. I try hair products on my skin first to see if they are sticky, leave a film, or just not right. I like your applications!
