Don't Grumble & Stay - Take a Leap of Faith

I put in my two weeks notice at my job today. What am I going to do?

Publish my book
Tomoka's Twists
Sisterlocks
Live

With answers like that you must be saying she has lost her mind. Well, I did. If you didn't know I had been seeing a therapist since last year or the beginning of this year. Our last session ended with a suggestion to see a psychiatrist for dope. I pondered with myself for the longest time. If it wasn't for the job, then I wouldn't feel depressed, angry, and irritated. My shoulder, the one I had to get a cortisone shot in, it started hurting again. Ciara gets walked about three times a month. And me, I haven't been out, bought shoes, lingerie, clothes, or linen in months. I lost weight behind this.

I have many talents and I'm taking a leap of faith on myself. If I don't believe I can do it, nobody else will. I will not live with regrets saying I wish I would have published that book.

I don't think your losing your mind at all. You're doing what so many of us don't have the guts to do. You have goals and a plan and you will execute them wonderfully!!! You can do this!!!

Congrats on the weight loss!!!!

I have some stepping out in faith to do myself.

Go for it. You know I'm rooting for you, girl. Just remember me when you make it big :)

That was the best thing you could have done for yourself. The road will have many twists and turns, up and downs, but overall You will be pleased that you did.

I made the transition of working for someone else to Being the Boss Lady in Dec 2004. You know what, I would do it again!
